My Story

I began my fitness journey and path to self-empowerment in 2019. In the first few years, I was at the top of my game.


However, setbacks piled up, leading to a downward spiral into the toughest season of my life. Pain and depression were my constant companions as I navigated the loss of friends and teammates. Working in tech during the mass layoffs was a nightmare. The pressure to keep operations afloat while chasing numbers was immense, all while my mental health was crumbling. It felt like drowning, suffocating. Even as my mind wrestled with demons, I clung to my fitness routine. It was stubborn, like a tiny flame refusing to die, even when I hated every second of it.

Healing wasn’t easy. The darkness often called, but I chose light, even when it took every ounce of courage I possessed. Confronting my struggles unearthed an inner strength I never imagined. Inspired by childhood heroes, I redefined bravery on my terms and found authenticity as my source of power.

Recently, I left my full-time job to pursue my passion as a fitness coach. I don't have everything figured out. I started wanting to live my most authentic life, and that's the moment which led me to here writing this. That journey has become a lifelong pursuit, and by sharing what I learn along the way, I hope to help you make the most of your own journey. Ready to learn how to achieve your potential?
