I’m Jenessa Tay, the founder of Faerie Warrior. As a professional personal trainer and long-distance runner, I’ve spent my career obsessing over the mechanics of strength and the psychology of mindset.

I specialize in helping women in their mid-thirties move away from the 'all-or-nothing' mentality and toward becoming Modern-Day Athletes. Whether I’m pacing a community run or coaching in the gym, my focus is always the same: sustainable transformation. I don't believe in temporary fixes; I believe in building a body that is as strong, graceful, and enduring as you are.
