I’m Jenessa, a certified trainer, nutritionist, and founder of Faerie Warrior. Like many in Singapore, I grew up chasing academic success, but life pushed me to discover a deeper strength. In 2021, a personal challenge led me to movement—not just as fitness, but as freedom.
